Deposit and Cancellation
- To secure your booking, a deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total price of your appointment on the scheduled day.
- Payment options include bank transfer or over the phone using your credit card.
- Please arrive promptly for your procedure, allowing 10 to 15 minutes of extra time. If you are more than 20 minutes late and we are unable to accommodate you in the next time block, your appointment will be considered missed, and the deposit fee will be non-refundable.
- Cancellations or changes are allowed within 72 hours ( not included saturday and sunday ) of your appointment. please note that if you cancel after making the deposit or fail to show up for your appointment, the deposit fee will not be refunded.
Rescheduling:
- If you cannot attend your appointment, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance. You will have the opportunity to reschedule once to a different date/time within one month, ensuring you don’t lose your deposit.
- For the complimentary Touch-Up appointment, if you do not attend or reschedule within the specified time frame (4-8 weeks), a re-book fee of $95 will be charged to schedule your complimentary Touch-Up.
- In the event that we need to reschedule your appointment, we will offer you a suitable date and time based on our availability. If the provided options do not align with your schedule, you will have the choice of a refund.
